Fox and Bindweed
A calm fox sits among delicate tendrils of bindweed. This was, as much of my work is, inspired by the wildlife around me here in Northumberland. Last year, a big dog fox took to sitting on our village green, surprisingly untroubled by the human residents. He was so splendid I wanted to make a piece in his honour.
This papercut is cut from warm white fabriano paper with a backing of soft grey recycled card. The circular papercut is about 12 centimetres in diameter and comes ready to frame in a soft white cardboard mount which is 23 centimetres square. (Pictured here in a frame for illustration only). A lovely companion piece to this is my ‘Hare and Seedheads’ which is the same size and style.
This design is machine cut in my studio based on a hand cut original. It fits in a large letter size envelope and makes a perfectly postable gift -I can send it to an address of your choice with a gift message. Just leave me a note when you check out.
The price includes UK Postage & Packing
