Reynard the Fox
A beautifully detailed papercut featuring a contemplative fox sitting amongst a tangle of undergrowth. I have used both 'positive' and 'negative' paper cutting techniques so that the fox is half hidden amongst the foliage. I was inspired to use an arch shape by my fondness for stained glass and the shape of church windows.
This is one of four similar papercuts, the others feature a hare, an owl and a badger. It is available in a limited edition of 10 and combines hand and machine cutting which allows me to produce work in affordable editions. The piece is lightly spray mounted on black mount board and is sold unframed. It will fit a standard 16 inch by 12 inch frame (approximately a A3 size). It will be posted in a cellophane envelope, together with a label for fixing to the back of your chosen frame, with my signature and the edition number.
The price includes UK postage & packing.
